Ferndale Ford is the worst dealership I have ever used. Finance officer screwed up the finance paperwork and warranty paperwork. It took almost 3 months to get everything straightened out. Numerous calls a Finance officer screwed up the finance paperwork and warranty paperwork. It took almost 3 months to get everything straightened out. Numerous calls and messages and nothing was getting done. Some how by accident I wound up talking with Mr Antonio Sbrocca. He went to work on the problems and corrected them in a timely fashion. I am totally satisfied with the job Mr Sbrocca did he rates 5 stars plus. The dealership gets 1 star only because I can't leave 0 stars. Mr Sbrocca is the only positive thing about this purchase. I purchased a Cadillac ATS about 6 months ago. Within the first month and a half I had a radiator hose leak. When we changed it we realized there was electrical tape wrapped around it. About two months after that I had to replace my tie rods, struts, get an alignment and my shocks are completely destroyed. So I fixed all of that. Not even a month later I have a leak in my rear differential and it effected my power steering and axel. My radio also goes on and off and I have some electrical problems. All within 6 months. This has cost me so much time, money, and stress. I had a horrible car buying experience from them. I hope this review helps at least one person. I would never recommend this dealership. Such a waste of money and time. 10/10 would not recommend More
BEWARE & RUN AWAY! !! Take your business elsewhere. Bought a car here recently. In less than 48 hours, it broke down as I was getting on the on ramp to the expressway. T !! Take your business elsewhere. Bought a car here recently. In less than 48 hours, it broke down as I was getting on the on ramp to the expressway. Terrifying and so upsetting. The engine light came on and the transmission isn't working after only 2 days and less than 100 miles of driving. It won't even turn on at all. I didn't purchase a warranty. However after just days of minimal use, I find it completely unacceptable that the dealership refuses to offer any help at all even in good will & good faith. Speaking with the sales manager, Antonio only wasted time & added to the injury. He was rude, arrogant and totally unhelpful. Bottom line, I would never recommend their products or their service. They clearly aren't inspected thoroughly enough & when they breakdown nearly fresh off the lot, they don't care. They just continue to repeat the same xx about their inspections & repairs they put into cars before they hit the sales floor. Clearly, this is not the case. It doesn't justify their $400 "reconditioning fee" which should really just their business expense, not the customers. You can see others have had similar experiences according to their reviews. I'm not impressed. They did me no favors by selling me a $10,000 lemon without any remorse. At best, their cars need to be inspected much more thoroughly & at worst, they're just a bad business that operates in bad policies. I believe both to be true. After only 2 days, now I'm stuck with a car I can't drive for quite a while I wait to learn how many hundreds of thousands of dollars these repairs will cost on a car I JUST BOUGHT! They're really earning their reputation. I have no idea how people that do business sleep at night. Take your business elsewhere and scrutinize any dealership fiercely. This is business that doesn't care an ounce about people. I'd sooner walk than ever allow anyone I ever encounter to give their business here. This company has nothing good going for it & nothing good coming. More
