A little back story. I purchased a 2024 Bronco Wildtsack and within 4 months started having some issues. Making a very long story short I did the buy back program and ordered a 2025 expedition. AND… Wow!!!! Is all I can say!!!! Between accommodating my transportation needs since December of 2024, waiting for my truck to get in and the amazing staff, from Holton in the car lender dept, Ian with service, Greg in sales and his assistant Mary, to Antonio with management everyone was just amazing. They went above and beyond in every aspect. I waked in and always felt like I was being treated like family. I can’t say thank you enough for making this process easy and seamless.
