Very Unaccommodating and Unprofessional I have a 2017 F150 The electronic tailgate doesn't work. There is no manual way to open it. This is a big problem for me because I have a construction business, and I load and unload tools, materials and equipment in it everyday. I brought my truck in first thing last Monday morning. They told me it takes all day for a diagnosis and another half day for a repair, likely using a part they have in stock. I couldn't leave it that day, so Mr. Kleinow says call back Wednesday or Thursday and let us know. I did. He said we probably have no time to look at it this week, and we likely do not have any rental or loaner cars available, but I will double check. I said I would like to bring it in Friday, at least for the diagnosis, and asked him to call back and let me know. I never heard back from him. So Friday morning, I tried a different advisor, Mr. White. I made an appointment for that day with him, and called him to explain the problems I was having, and ask whether it was feasible to have my truck at least diagnosed that day. I was even willing to sit there and wait, or get a shuttle ride somewhere. He said, "I will check and call you back in two minutes". I never heard from him again. So for a week, I tried to get my truck into this dealership for a warranty repair, on something that was a critical issue for me, and they just didn't care. They were unprofessional, unaccommodating, and unconcerned. This is only the second time I have had to have the truck looked at by this service department in the 18 months I have owned it, and both were very bad experiences. I will never go back there, even though that is where I bought the truck. I relayed my experience on the John Toppi, the general manager, and Jim Belk, the sales consultant, who had helped me with my purchase back in February 2017, and I heard nothing back from them either, although apparently Mr. Belk was on vacation. As a result, for the past week, I have been manually lifting heavy tools, materials, and equipment in and out of my truck bed, using the side steps as best I can. If you have an important repair, and you're hoping for some understanding, and a professional response, take your Ford to another dealership. You will have a difficult time here, and regret it. The Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center here is fine, but the service department is lousy and has serious problems. I have been a business owner for 20 years, and I would never tolerate customer service like this from my company. More

Women beware! Scam ! Where do I even begin? I took the day off of work and drove all the way from the west side to look at a jeep they had on the lot. I was ready to purch Where do I even begin? When I got into the jeep for a test drive, the gas tank sensor was on and it was empty. So I was only able to do a quick turnaround on van Dyck, in fear of stalling out. Next! I waited roughly 2 hours to get approved for financing. Unheard of. I actually went next-door to the Coney Island for lunch while waiting. Once the financing came back, the salesman refused to show me the interest rate until I added this jeep to my insurance. UNHEARD OF. Aggressive! Basically, they want you to add a vehicle you don’t even know if you’re going to purchase, onto your insurance policy, which will change your policy and cost you money? SCAM!!!!! Do they Think you will not walk away from this purchase once you are stuck with it on your insurance? My insurance agent actually wanted to speak with him because she also used to sell cars and this was absolutely a SCAM!!! Also, no down payment on a credit card? But everyone else seems to accept those payments. That’s because they want your cash with no paper trail, after they scam you. Was it because I was a female?? Did they think I was stupid? Do they think because they have such a large facility, they can play these kind of games with people? Sure, someone else will buy that jeep. You don’t need my money. But if you would’ve played fair, you would’ve made the sale. And now all you have is a bad review. BUYER BEWARE!!! WOMEN BEWARE!! These people are SCAM ARTIST!!! I went on to purchase a vehicle the next day. 1 hour out the door. Out of the four salesmen I had visited that weekend, none of them have ever heard of such practices. HUGE WASTE OF TIME!!! Rude people!! More

Worst sales and cust svc ever experienced If your credit challenged, don't waisted your time here. I have spent 4 days working w a sales rep, who never calls back or when he does try to communicate it's by txt, more over has no answers, I never recede. A call from my salesperson, I always had to call him txt him, he was always w a customer, never had any answers, I would wait 3 to 4 hours then I would call to ask what's going on and he would say I'll find out, 3 to 4 hours later I we txt him again and still no word.. don't Waite your time in a dealership like this that is just a volume dealer, buy or don't, either have cash or good credit , if neither exists, don't waisted your time here. They have no interests in selling you. I was looking for. A 4K SUV, and he comes back w a 8k dollar car, w. A $4500 deposit, like I said if challenged credit don't waiste your time here.... More
