Warranty cancelation I trade every couple of years and this was my year to trade. The F150 King Ranch 3.5l Ecoboost 4X4 that I purchased from Suburban Ford was a great truck. This year the truck was virtually the same as the next generation won't be out until 2020 or 2021. So another domestic competitor won my business this time. Tom Macpherson was extremely pleasant and helpful while processing the paperwork. He actually caught a mistake made by the other dealer. Everything was corrected and Tom wished me well. When I'm ready for my next truck I'm hoping the F150 will win me back. And if that's the case, I will be back to Suburban Ford. He couldn’t get the one we wanted to look at because of a Saturday closing so we Put a refundable deposit down on the Explorer to hold it for me. He was out with sickness and couldn’t retrieve my messages on Tuesday or Wednesday.,, I called again and was directed to his manager, Brian Lagodna... I asked Brian if he would take additional pics and text them to me he said sure and an hour later, their they were!!! truck was beautiful and now sits in my driveway!!!
