Bought a used vehicle from there, within days (next time it rained) discovered it had a leaking windshield. Contacted sales department, told me it’s as/is no help provided. They couldn’t fix it or provide any type of timeline on when a 3rd party could provide a quote or complete the work. Took it elsewhere and it was fixed in under 10 minutes. Left multiple messages before hearing from a manager (who was unhelpful). Left multiple messages before hearing an update from the service department. This was an inexpensive and very easy fix. A perfect opportunity to provide any basic level of customer service and nothing. Do not buy here! More

I was purchasing a preowned vehicle and had a problem. The manager refused to have a discussion with me. Isaiah Price-Baker was the best auto salesman I have worked with in a long time. Disgruntled at first because the dealership supposedly had reserved a used truck I was interested in and had made an inte worked with in a long time. But Isaiah calmly asked our needs and kept working to find exactly what we wanted! Then dealer policy was I had to sit through a finance presentation although we were paying cash wasting my time and theirs! But that is on Suburban not in Isaiah. Both did work with us and we took possession the next business day! I will seek out Isaiah next time I buy and hope Suburban or wherever he is working does a better job of NOT leading me on or wasting my time. This was the sixth dealership and first salesman that worked to find a used vehicle that met our needs. Great job Isaiah! More
