After returning from Kentucky brake line at master cylinder failed clearly bad causing my son to rear end another vehicle clearly a miss on the mechanic end called the dealer said sorry we won't help. buyer beware poor business practice. I have bought other vehicles from Suburban but this will be the last. Bad customer service! Buyer beware! More

He said "I doen't care what happened, go to different dealer I had a warranty issue with a cracked light. Three weeks later I find out that they never sent the pictures in, and they never called me back. I talk to Mike Skeltis and he tells me that "he doesn't care what happened" (exact quote) to those pictures and that I should take my mustang to another dealership for a second opinion. Stay away from this dealership. They will lie to you and then ignore you. Worst service I have ever had. More

I was originally considering purchasing a Chevy Equinox or Jeep. I visited Chevy dealerships and Jeep dealerships first, but was very disappointed with the sales experience I was received at two different Chevy Dealerships. I finally decided to visit the Suburban Ford dealership because of Hillary’s persistent yet polite sales approach. Hillary provided me upfront pricing on vehicles and had vehicles ready for me to test drive when I arrived at the dealership. Hillary also introduced me to her management team through the sales process and worked closely with them to get me the best pricing for my vehicle. I would encourage others to consider Suburban Ford for their new car purchase. I usually cringe at the thought of having to buy a new car, but after working with Hillary and her team at Suburban Ford I would not consider going anywhere else for future car purchases. More

She worked around the clock to insure that I walked out that dealership with a SHO. She was excited, happy, and really focused and determined. Not only is Mandy a great fit for this. Her dynamic duo named Sarah was also working really hard to make deals happen left and right and put up a fight for me to get this car. Instead of going the extra mile, they both went the extra 100 miles for me I have visited numerous dealerships in recent times and felt very disrespected. Mandy and Sarah both made me feel like I was worth something again rather than being skeptical to walking into their dealership. They both put up a very strong fight and didn't take no for an answer until it was solidified I was walking out with a brand new 2017 Ford Taurus SHO, my dream car. Two months later I get an email from the salesman stating the dealership policy changed and it wouldn't be covered. He said the policy changed on June 15, I purchased my car well after that. I enjoyed my experience at Suburban and the experience was very pleasant. However I can not stand behind a dealer that will lie to or misinform you. After my lease is up I will seek a different Ford dealership for my needs. More
