Mike Smitly is great salesman, bruno in the back is an JERK. I will never bring a truck back. I spent 3 hours waiting for an oil change on my 2010 f-150, did they have to go drill for the oil? I complained to the owner-one of the Elders- and never even received an "i'm sorry". They were suposed to fix the door in that 3 hours but I was told "we did not get to it" Also, I was told to program my own phone into Sync, they were to busy to do it for me. I gave them a second chance and returned to by a 2010 sport trac-only because of Mike Smitly-. I had them order and my wife returned to have them install some accessories. They put after market window lovers and mud flaps on it when I specifically ask for Authentic Ford parts. The service in the back is a total joke! More

If you intend to buy a vehicle from this dealership, make sure you read the fine print on everything you sign. I got screwed out of $2000.00 in hidden after market items I never agreed to. They tricked me sure you read the fine print on everything you sign. I got screwed out of $2000.00 in hidden after market items I never agreed to. They tricked me into signing for service contracts claiming they were just warranties on my paint, interior and body panels. Little did I know they charged me $2000.00 for these 3 warranties and now they refuse to cancel them. Please learn from my lesson, find an honest dealership "if one exists" and read the fine print.
