I will never take my car here again. Our father in law brought our car to be serviced for 70,000 miles and he left the dealership spending almost $3000. The service department took him t Our father in law brought our car to be serviced for 70,000 miles and he left the dealership spending almost $3000. The service department took him to the cleaners and just assumed it was ok to have everything done to a car that wasn’t his and the dealership never called us. What’s even more frustrating is the dealership told us that there was no way to look up what had been done to the vehicle at other Ford dealerships. They just assumed at 70,000 that the vehicle Had never been serviced. Joe, the manager, was nice, but unfortunately unhelpful and the service guy, Dale, didn’t care because he got his $1000 in labor costs. $425 for an oil change?! This dealership should be ashamed.
