Troy is an exceptional sales rep: knowledgeable, forthright, and honest in his representation of the vehicles, friendly and patient during the entire process. I never felt pressured nor hurried, questions and concerns were always welcomed, and answered completely. He is obviously "all in" with providing the best customer service, and a pleasant car- buying experience for his customers. I was able to observe him with others, as well.
