Excellent experience. Alex exceded expectations. We searched for used F-150s for several months. Dana at internet sales sent us to Jason to see one she thought we would like. We arrived and were to We searched for used F-150s for several months. Dana at internet sales sent us to Jason to see one she thought we would like. We arrived and were told Jason would be with us shortly. We waited for a while and I finally asked if someone else could give us the keys to the vehicle we were interested in. Alex Arnold poked his head over the cubicle and told us he would get the keys for us. Alex offered to help even though he knew we had asked for Jason. This was impressive. After taking the test drive we asked Alex if he would like to sell us the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating with our requests. We met Brian Lagodna and he was also very accommodating with our requests. We absolutely LOVE our 2016 F-150 and the whole experience was amazing. We were not pressured to purchase the vehicle. Brian and Alex did not use the phrase "you don't want to". ( I swear when a pushy salesman uses that phrase I am done with them.) I highly recommend this dealership, more specifically Alex Arnold who went out of his way to help even though we had asked for another salesman. We were talking about the interest rate when Caleb walked by. After introducing himself he mentioned overhearing our rate from the credit union and he told us Capital One had an even better rate! Wow. Sold! It is obvious this dealership works as a team. From Dana sending us the link, to Alex offering to help and eventually making the sale, to boss man Brian crossing the T's and dotting the I's, to Caleb using his eagle ears to help us get a fabulous interest rate to Jeremy closing the deal, it has been a no pressure, excellent experience.
