Rachel Kupke is the worst sale associate I have ever experienced, she is not knowledgeable at all, she continues to repeat her speech that she learned in car sale collage, and she has to kee I have ever experienced, she is not knowledgeable at all, she continues to repeat her speech that she learned in car sale collage, and she has to keep running asking for help and advice, she has no knowledge at all, and she is rude, I just purchased a vehicle a few days ago and she didn’t say thanks for your business or anything, she didn’t shake my hand to say anything, I will never recommend this dealer to anyone, I found out from an inside person that they spray Armor Oil in the all over third vehicle to make them shine and look nice sitting on the lot.. the sale manager was even worst, he was very rude and I will never return to the lot, they remind you of a B”lot., with their lack of experience.. Mr. curtiss lied to my wife and I My wife and I had a lease through gmc. My wife wanted a new F150. She shopped around and spoke to Mr. Curtiss and he found a truck we liked for a pric My wife and I had a lease through gmc. My wife wanted a new F150. She shopped around and spoke to Mr. Curtiss and he found a truck we liked for a price we could agree on. We asked him what to do with our gmc. He said just bring it to him and he would take care of it. My wife gave him our gmc contract and he said he would take care of everything. We asked about money owed to gmc since our lease still had two months on it, he said all was taken care of. Liar. Three months after our new lease for our f150, gmc contacted me and said we owed them 525$ in fees. I said, this can't be. My salesman at ford told us ALL was taken care of. When I called him to question what was going on, He said, "oh yeah, you owe that fee, its between the banks". This xxxxx. lied to us just to make a sale. If we had known that this fee had to be paid if we switched companies, we would have probably stayed with gmc. This jerk new that, so he lied to us. He said sorry, then proceeded to expect us to just take it up the wazoo. I don't think so. More
