I've dumped over 2500 in repairs and still counting. They say they do a 180 point inspection. Bull. They say it has a clean car fax. Totally useless. After buying my own Vehicle report we found out it was in a accident and wasn't disclosed to us. If you like lemons and lies then this is the place for you. More

They don’t do any inspection of used cars - do not purchase Spent $40k on a 4 year old vehicle with less than 60k miles and I was so excited! Within 1 week of driving off the lot, the car kept stalling out and their service center kept it for 3 weeks and then when I get it back, my back tire pops and once towed, it was disclosed that both rear tires were well past their useful life...then engine light comes on and had to spend over $900 in repairs...then it is now warm enough to use A/C and it is also not working. All of which would have been caught if they did their “guaranteed used car inspection” that they advertise and promise for cars in this price range. There is no way that they went over this vehicle prior to putting it on the lot. And all I am ever told by the used car dept is that I should have purchased the additional warranties on the vehicle but at time of signing...my car payment initially promised went up over $200 per month and I had to come up with additional money for down payment. All of which was the bait and switch tactic. As a consumer, at this price range - or any price range - do NOT purchase a car from this dealership. Definitely steer clear. They sell vehicles with false promises that everything checked out on mechanical inspection and then treat you horrible after the transaction is done. If the repairs were things that wouldn’t have possibly been caught at an initial inspection for wear and tear or issues, I wouldn’t be writing this because things can absolutely happen with used cars that can’t be predicted but absolutely everything that has gone wrong are things that would have been caught during any kind of mechanical inspection- and 3 mechanics have confirmed just that. Stay clear of this dealership. More

He took me outside and showed me the Escape, he was very candid about the condition of the car. Being a high mileage SUV I was concerned. but after talking with Jeremy and Brian Lagodna I purchased the vehicle and could not be happier. Jeremy spent over 3 1/2 hours making sure I was going to be happy with the car. I can't say enough good things about Jeremy and everyone else I delt with at Surburban Ford in Sterling Heights. We never felt pressured and they were accommodating , returned phone call promptly! We are very satisfied we will return when we are in the market for another one. The only downside is the hour + drive to get to them But they have earned our business .. very happy and looking forward to picking up our new to us vehicle soon! More

BLOWN AWAY Hi my name is Jerome Thomas, I researched the Cadillac ATS-V Coupe for about six months or more. The fantasy of what it would be like to own one day seemed to be light years away. Dealership after dealership I searched day in and day out. I stayed on the computer so long, my wife thought I was a virtual statue. My cousin got in on the search as to assist me with other search sites like , Edmunds.com, Cars.com, Carfax.com to name a few. When I logged onto Edmunds there she was, the most beautiful car I have seen in my 52 years on earth. I looked at the pictures that were posted. Saw that the car had everything I was looking for. I also received more pictures from Jayson. I prayed and asked god if he would make a way for me to get this car because of several reasons, mostly because I love what this car had to offer me. I called and asked to speak to someone about "Justice" as I now call her. Brian: "Hi this is Brian" Jerome: "Hi Brian how are you my name is Jerome, I'm interested in the ATS-V you have on your lot." Brian: “Hi Jerome, how are you doing?" Jerome: "I would be much better driving that 2016 ATS-V you have there off your lot" After we spoke for a bit he transferred me to Jayson Rhodes. Jayson: "Hi Jerome I understand you are looking to pick up the ATS-V" Jerome: "Yes I am" Jayson: "Ok I am here to help you make that happen" I felt a warm welcoming feeling come over me with the last two conversations I just had. As time progressed on, Jayson was so very professional and he made me feel so comfortable considering I was six hundred miles away trying to buy such an expensive car that I never saw in person. I thought, wait a minute these guys are being too nice, so I looked at the reviews on their site. I saw that there were a few negative reviews and to be honest it made me feel like I was about to make a big mistake purchasing the car from Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights. The next time I spoke with Jayson I asked him if I could get personal with him, because I didn't know him nor did I know if he was trying to just get a sale and ding the bell so to speak. He said yes and the conversation took me right back to the warm feeling I had from before, with his calm laid back demeanor. We exchanged all the necessary information and I set out to get "Justice". It seemed like the devil was trying to steal my joy from time to time, like me having to cancel my flight because I failed to see when the dealership closed. To, trying to rent a car for the drive only to find out it was too expensive for a one way trip. (Mother's Day weekend/Prom) was the cause. I was determine to fight that evil that was trying to steal my joy. My wife said "Baby I know how bad you want this car and you deserve it, let's just drive my car" After driving six hours I had the privilege to meet the AWSOME!! team of people. Brian, Jeff, Dave, Anthony, Jayson and a host of many other professionally family oriented people. They all made my trip and car buying experience the very best. Jayson is an outstanding gentleman. He came in on his day off to be sure I got what I came for. What blew me away is, it was his birthday and I was the one who got the gift. Money can’t buy that kind of kindness. However, when I arrived, I received phenomenal service that took away the stress of the situation entirely. The representative that I dealt with, Justin W., explained everything to me in Layman's terms, and thoroughly answered all of my questions, not to mention that the job was finished far before I expected it to be. When I left, I felt confident in the service I received, and I will be sure to come back and request Justin's assistance again. It means a lot to me that this was as painless as it should be. More
