Scam Artists. Would not respond to my voicemails, emails or BBB complaint. Read all paperwork thoroughly before signing anything. Very unprofessional sales team. After paperwork was signed, car delivered, plates transferred, insurance removed they call to tell me to pick up my trade-in as they decided not to accept it. More

Notwithstanding that I found a nice vehicle that was reasonably priced, the experience was uncomfortable. The salesperson was ignorant--appalling ly so--about Ford products. And yet this hillbilly actually thought he had a pigeon on his hands, using usecar sales pressure and b.s. techniques that would be suited to an episode of the Brady Bunch or the Andy Griffith show.
