I just purchased a used car from Suburban Honda this past Saturday! Gigi was amazing to work with! She made sure I had all the information I needed and did her best to communicate with me throughout the enti Saturday! Gigi was amazing to work with! Although Gigi was an absolute pleasure to work with and everyone was generally 'friendly', I can't say the process was entirely fast. I understand the dealership has gone through a lot of changes and is struggling with staffing, but it still wasn't fun waiting 4+ hours over the span of 2 days (and having to come back for a 3rd to get my extra key & switch my plate because it was 2 hours past close when the deal was signed). Overall I'm really pleased with the condition of my new vehicle, my time working with Gigi, and that the process is done, I just wish it wasn't such a lengthy process. More
