GREAT experience buying a Ford Mustang I have been looking for a used Ford Mustang for almost a year now and was well versed on what my budget would buy/what was available. When the 2015 Fo I have been looking for a used Ford Mustang for almost a year now and was well versed on what my budget would buy/what was available. When the 2015 Ford Mustang came available I was amazed not only by the price but the mileage of 680 miles!!! I called and spoke to Joey Demillo who through all aspects of the deal was awesome. We met, I test drove the car and said I would buy it on the spot! I came in today to pick the car up and the whole buying process was flawless! I also dealt with the Finance Manager Alex Salata who explained everything clearly and made the "closing" process totally painless. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation...I am absolutely thrilled with my new ride and look forward to many years of care free driving with the extended warranty I took out. Thank you. BAD EXPERIENCE I came into this dealership on a Saturday morning right at 10 hoping to test drive a new Accord. The place was a ghost town. There was not a single sa I came into this dealership on a Saturday morning right at 10 hoping to test drive a new Accord. The place was a ghost town. There was not a single sales person in sight. I stood around waiting for the better part of 30 minutes and still no one came up to me or greeted me or anything. This is terrible service from this dealership . There was absolutely no one . Not even a manager I could talk to. I left the dealership at 10:30 and needless to say I will not be getting my car from Suburban Honda. I don't know who the manager is but they should be fired immediately!! I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!! More
