He emailed, called and sent me a text to find out exactly what I was interested in for my purchase. Joey went over and beyond to find me a vehicle that was best designed for my personal credit situation. He treated me with respect and remained positive with me even when things didn't look like there were not going to work out. He didn't give up on the search for a perfect vehicle for me until he found one, he was persistent and searched for a car in the Suburban Collection. He demonstrated in depth experience and knowledge on the specific cars that would work out for my financial situation. He treated me with respect and I didn't feel pressured during my shopping experience and even though I was buying a used vehicle he treated me as a priority. Joe went above and beyond to find me a vehicle that had low miles and still in the price range that I was looking for, other salesperson would not have gone the extra mild that he did. I had visited about 2 other dealers in the Suburban collection and none of the other sales individuals, seemed interested in my business and lacked follow up and concern for me finding an vehicle for my daughter. Purchased an used car. Alex was very helpful from the moment we walked in. He was quick to show us the cars we were interested in. He was willing to negotiate prices and was able to lower prices for us and meet us somewhere in the middle. He has the right attitude for a sales person. Was confirmed for oil change but didn’t take me after reachi I called service and was told that they will take me if I reach before 5 pm.
