Tell you whatever, just to get you in the showroom. So, this is what happened to me. I called this dealership and received confirmation from Andrew Keller (and his manager, whose actual name was never So, this is what happened to me. I called this dealership and received confirmation from Andrew Keller (and his manager, whose actual name was never mentioned through this whole thing) that the car I was interested in would be be sold to me at the loan amount that I was approved for.I work at a major university hospital and don't have a lot of time to waste going back and forth with broke car salesmen on car prices! I went in the next day and test drove the car I was interested in. After the test drive Andrew Keller tried to pressure me into buying this car for a $1000 more than I could afford, a $1000 more than my loan was approved for, and $1000 more than what we (him and his manager) agreed upon in previous communications. When he didn't succeed in forcing the higher price on me (I am really not that person), he then tried to sell me a Honda Civic! I told him I wasn't interested in a Honda Civic, and we had already agreed on a price for the other car, a Toyota Camry, the evening before. I also told him he was wasting my time and I had to go back into work (considering I took the morning off to buy this car). He then told me to leave! Very un-professionally! So be prepared when you go to this dealership. All the tacky 'low brow' used car salesman techniques are in full swing here. It will be funny when I see their usual generic response to people writing about this issue. Update: So as you can see I received the automatic response generated from their system below. I emailed the Tim/Tom Tharp guy (just to see what would happen)and this general sales manager guy never responded. More

Open and honest salesman. I had never purchased a car from a dealership before, and I was hesitant to do so due to a lack of knowledge on my part. I am not a car guy, and did not have time to do any research, as my car had become undrivable that morning (the drivers seat had fallen through the floor of the vehicle). I needed a new car, and quickly, so I called. Mr. Quick assured me that he would do everything he could to get me in something that day, and set me at ease. I was surprised when I saw Mr. Quick, as it was obvious that he was significantly younger than I had thought while speaking to him on the phone. His professional demeanor and confidence belayed his youth, and to be frank, I was set much more at ease once I realized he was a young man, as opposed to someone who had been selling cars for a long time. His conversations with both personal and honest, and I at no time ever doubted his authenticity or his ability. When I asked him a question that he did not know the answer to, he responded honestly and then made every attempt to discover the answer, which was refreshing, as I deal with many people who are afraid to admit when they do not know something. I am very happy with my visit and would recommend Jonathan Quick to my friends. Thank you. More
