Best Interest not with Customer I wanted a newer vehicle to cut down or eliminate repairs cost of the current car I had. No sales person offered me any options ie leasing or vehicle that I could afford with my budget. I observed a used vehicle and eventually financed the vehicle. Doing the financing process I was given several different monthly payments and was advised that the actual amount couldn't be known until signing for the vehicle. The dealership added other cost such as interior protection. This wasn't my first time financing a vehicle and trading a vehicle, but it definitely was not a good experience. I will no longer purchase/finance another vehicle from any Suburban dealership. More

Helpful and courtious Had a great experience. John was really helpful in finding the car that I wanted and making sure it was in good condition when I took it home. Karl wa Had a great experience. A very comfortable atmosphere all around without the pushy sales people. The car was priced well and didn't even want to haggle the price.
