Then once I got to the dealership I was met at my car by Sarah. She was super friendly and helpful. She worked with me in getting the service needed for my vehicle giving helpful suggestions that I greatly appreciated. Then on to the waiting area which was a definite plus. It seems like that wouldn't matter but having a clean, airy, comfortable location to wait is nothing short of nirvana. Seriously!! My car was serviced in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for better service all around. Thanks for being the "go to" dealership for me!! More

He is first and foremost, friendly, knows his "stuff" and never is in a hurry. If you need time to decide, that's cool! If you are not sure which model to go with, he is patient. He is not just worried about the sale or the lease;he truly wants you to have a stress free experience at Suburban Honda. He is willing to share what info he has about the cars you are considering! If he does not know the data he will find out the answer. He is willing to go the extra mile to give you a relaxed shopping session. If he is not sure he can make the best deal for you, he will tell you so, he always considers the customer!It is never too early or too late for Mike to give you his full attention. I would and have recommended him to others looking for cars in the area. Mike is an A plus guy, (I am a retired teacher) and he does an A plus job at working for his customers. He has the ability to provide all the information needed to make a sale but does it without being "pushy" or "obnoxious" (which has been my experience in the past with other salesman and dealerships other than Suburban). This is my second Honda and I will definitely return when it is time to do business again. It also helped when he texted me a picture of "my CRV" when I was trying to make a decision. He stole me from CHEVY as I was headed there to purchase a vehicle, and was persistent in providing updates on our negotiations. Thanks Van! We love our CRV! More
