I am here to retract a negative review that I've posted a week ago. I purchased a 2012 Toyota Highlander and was very pleased with the vehicle as well as the customer service I recieved at the time posted a week ago. The reason I gave this dealership such a low rating and a negative review was due to the attitude of an individual in the finance department and her lack of explaination and assistance with the extended warranty program. However, I am pleased to say that since that time, the issue have been resolved by Sales Manager, Tim Tharp. He was very helpful and was very prompt in resolving this matter. My salesperson Joey Demilio was also alot of help during the process of my purchase, therefore I am please to say, due to their quick response to make things right, I would recommend this dealership.
