However, there were a couple times I stopped in where they were not available at the moment. This is where Mike and Derrick jumped in to ensure everything flowed smoothly. Also impressed with Matt and Che's product knowledge, but also their ability to let the products speak for themselves in regard to our specific needs. The lack of high-pressure sales tactics kept the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. Although my wife ultimately purchased a different make of vehicle (only because the specific model itself met her needs a little more), she actually expressed remorse she wasn't buying here, only because she was so impressed with the quality of this dealership compared to the one she was working with. She suggested a car with low miles and price to fit out budget. She was the best Sales person we worked with who care what the customer need was, not just adding another sale to her list. We highly appreciated for all her help and understanding to get a good car for our family. Her manager was very nice and pleasant to work with too.
