We spent a few days looking at cars at various dealerships had some good salesman and some not so good salesmen. When we got to Suburban Nissan and met with Eric it was such a refresher! Sold me a car with undisclosed damage and issues. I live out of state and made the mistake of trusting the salesman Quay. I messaged them for an amicable resolution and they never responded. This dealer, sold me a car with all 4 mismatched tires with one of the tires being a directional tire and other 3 non directional, all 4 different brands. I have no idea how badly the transmission/front diff has been affected by this. Look at the pictures, ac vents broken front and rear, door panel has been glued on and falling apart. Car smells like a porta potty, is as best as i can describe it. I don't know how a dealer can sell a car this bad and be okay with it.... More

The dealership is spacious and has a large waiting area and it appears very clean service section. I was particularly impressed by the interactive Model Interest Sales Screen that you could select the mod and it appears very clean service section. The dealership is in a great location and easy to get to from the adjoining highways or Grand River. We really enjoyed working with Eric who patiently answered all our questions and is very knowledgeable with the vehicle lineup. We appreciated him letting us test drive the two models we were interested in and when we finally completed all the paperwork showed us in person many of the features of the new car that we wanted to know about as it's our first Nissan purchase. Rishi Varmon was very knowlegeable also and helped us figure out various financing alternatives. He was also patient and answered all of our questions appropriately. More
