Walking into the Volkswagen dealer, at Suburban Imports of Farmington Hills, I was anxious to say the least. A single young woman, like me, walking into any dealer alone certainly seems foolish. I had researched excessively however, and felt confident I knew what I was looking for. I was armed with consumer reports, customer reviews, as well as my arresting nature. As it turned out, though, I wasted my time neurotically researching and worrying of my defense. I was welcomed by Edward Addison, and within moments felt comfortable I was in good hands. I asked many questions and Edward had an answer for each. Edward went above and beyond, showing me every facet of safety the 2012 VW Jetta was armed with. It seemed that Edward could sense that I was no longer comfortable driving, and made sure to prove I would be safe in the vehicle. Feeling safe and confident in my purchase is priceless to me.
