My intention wasn't to purchase a vehicle as I was having my 2011 Legacy serviced. As I was waiting, I started looking at Outbacks and was curious as to their differences from the Legacy. Well, afte having my 2011 Legacy serviced. As I was waiting, I started looking at Outbacks and was curious as to their differences from the Legacy. Well, after takiing a test drive in a 2014 Outback, I was pleasantly surprised with the vehicle. I initially spoke with Dustin about the vehicle, and also spoke with Dana as well about the Outback. Long story short, I ended up with a 2013 Limited Outback. I left the Dealership thinking it was a fair deal and that is what I had hoped to achieve as I don't know all of the factors that are included on the Dealership's side with rebates and how moneys are shifted around and such, but seeing it was a lease, I'm comfortable with the outcome and more than likely I will return to the Dealership again in the future. More

Every person that I have had interaction with at Suburban Subaru has pushed the envelope on what to expect when buying and maintaining a car. I worked with a salesman named Dustin Ciccarelli who I would highly recommend working with. He knew the in's and out's of every vehicle and was not pushy like you expect salesman to be. Overall, the experience I had at Suburban Subaru was a direct extension of the quality and performance that is expected of the Subaru brand. More

I was in need of a new car in a hurry, several people had suggested that I look at a Subaru since I travel around the state, sometimes on back country dirt roads. So I was in the market for a sturdy car with great gas mileage. I went to Suburban Subaru, Katie greeted me as I walked in the door. I explained what I needed and she suggested the Outback. This is the perfect vehicle for me. It's a reliable car with all the "bells and whistles". It is rugged and attractive at the same time. Katie was very helpful and knowledgable about the car. Many people have complimented me on my new Outback, I always suggest that they visit Katie at Suburban Subaru. More
In short, be ready for the worst surprises and don't believe what they quote? Dana/Stacey was knowledgeable and nice, but I didn't find her after my first visit. Jeff in service was great. Will go back to the service dept ONLY But NO sales person approached me as I was looking at new cars in the showroom...there were 4 of them and NO eye contact, didn't even spea dept ONLY But NO sales person approached me as I was looking at new cars in the showroom...there were 4 of them and NO eye contact, didn't even speak!!! We bought a new2013 Subaru Outback for Suburban Subaru in Troy , MI..the friendliness and professionalism of the staff was strictly limited till we bought the car. Starting the very next day - all of the staff were suddenly non contactable...inspite of multiple voicemails - which were not returned. We were to be given the number plate the next day and after all the struggle and calling up everyone from the manager to the staff we ultimately picked up the plate 9 days after the car delivery. In summary the worst car buying experience we have had ever...am glad it is over and we won t have to go back to this dealer again...for the car servicing we will pick up another subaru dealer. Won t recommend this dealer to anyone else thinking of buying a Subaru. More
