He directed me to Nuo who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He called me with updates on availability and delivery, took care of financing, insurance transfer, and license plate transfer. Erica was equally knowledgeable and patient, considering my age and general problems with technology. After driving Chryslers for the last 30 years and considering that my last car was more than 10 years old, I have a lot to learn about new technological features. Unfortunately, I have been unable to do much driving in the last few weeks (only have 300+ miles on the car now). So when I get a few more miles under my belt, I might need a refresher course from Erica, which she kindly offered to provide. A great experience—I love the car. I’m very happy with the height of the vehicle, the improved turning radius and smaller size over that of the minivan, and the many safety features. When I’m feeling better and doing a little more driving, I’ll be back to fine tune a few of the features such as gps (which I’ve never used before) and streaming music (only used CDs in the past). A great experience with the dealership! More
