Owning a Prius has induced me to rely entirely on a dealership for service in the belief that Toyota-trained service techhnicians will be better able to deal with the complexities of the new technology dealership for service in the belief that Toyota-trained service techhnicians will be better able to deal with the complexities of the new technology. I used other dealerships before Suburban but found the local one I used a little bit inadequate and, of course, the one in another town, too remote. However, all that didn't matter after I had used the Suburban service department a couple of times. I found their friendliness, honesty and mechanical ability made me feel secure and irrevocably led to the decision to use only their services to attend my car's needs. I have always been happy with the way Jim Kreger gets my service needs identified and tells me what the service should cost. And, my car is always ready when promised and at least as clean wa when I brought it in. I have been completely satisfied with every aspect of my service experience with Suburban Toyota. More

This was my first visit at this dealer. I just moved here and was unsure of where to go. When I called they were able to fit me right in for my oil change. It took less than an hour and everyone was extremel and was unsure of where to go. When I called they were able to fit me right in for my oil change.
