I have given this dealership this rating due to its service department and offering free loaners when your car is in the shop. The service dept is so accomodating. I have always felt that my life and schedule are accommodated. I have been dropped off and picked up from work when my car has been kept for the day for repair, maintenace, etc. And have even left accommodated. Anthony Martin, our salesman, was calm, friendly, professional, and he knew absolutely everything about the vehicle in which I was interested. I was allowed to take a Highlander on an extensive test professional, and he knew absolutely everything about the vehicle in which I was interested. I was allowed to take a Highlander on an extensive test drive. Anthony explained and demonstrated every feature and system in the car -- heating/cooling, audio, seating configurations, storage, driver controls, etc. When my wife arrived later to look at the car I had selected, Anthony went through everything again with her. All our questions and concerns were answered, and we never felt pushed or rushed. In one long afternoon, we were able to complete trade-in and purchase agreements. The price was reasonable, considering that we were dealing with a hot-selling vehicle with limited availablity. I was completely satisfied with my experience with Anthony Martin, and would definitely purchase another vehicle from the same salesman and Suburban Toyota in the future. More

I had a great experience this time with leasing my car. I previously leased a RAV4, which I loved, and ended up leasing another one.
