Found a Toyota RAV4 online that looked to be a great and reliable vehicle. Called the store and set an appointment up to see Scott Tekely, the sales manager. From the initial phone conversation (around 9:30 AM) I was impressed. They listened to all of my requests and I felt very welcomed. After a few phone conversations with Melisa Altan throughout the day we were able to reach a deal. The vehicle was prepped beautifully and paperwork was signed around 7:30 PM (same day.)
