This dealership was very easy to work with. Vehicle was ready for test drive when promised and we were not rushed at all. When we arrived to pick up the car all documents were ready and the transaction was ready for test drive when promised and we were not rushed at all. I am very impressed with the whole Suburban Toyota team! Ever since I dropped into the Suburban Toyota dealership in mid-December 2019 for an unannounced test drive, I have felt like my business was valued a Ever since I dropped into the Suburban Toyota dealership in mid-December 2019 for an unannounced test drive, I have felt like my business was valued and so was I. Both Matt T. and Logen R. were extremely helpful throughout the process. I had my eyes on a 2020 RAV4 XLE hybrid, which turned out to be in very high demand! Matt worked daily (and late into the evening) to try to track down a RAV4 that included the features I wanted (including heated seats!) He kept me informed, sent me MANY MANY spec sheets for matching RAV4s whenever he tracked one down from near and far. The model I wanted was so popular, that the vehicles kept getting sold between tracking down a VIN# online and calling the dealership where it was located. Both Matt and Logen stayed very patient and helpful throughout the entire process and were committed to helping me find what I wanted. I found out just after the New Year that my RAV4 had been found and I picked it up 2 days ago. Thank you for the awesome experience! More
