Excellent Care I drove in without an appointment due to the scary “Check Engine” light and was still welcomed and served right away. They had to assess the problem which would take some time and I asked them to go ahead and do my oil change at the same time (I had an appointment for that later in the week). The light was an indicator of a serious issue. Steve was almost apologetic for the “bad” news. Since I plan to drive this Prius for 300,000 miles and I have no current car payments, these repair costs are to be expected. They had all the parts on hand, took less time than estimated and Steve found a coupon to take $70 off the bill. I will always come back here for service for the next 145,000 miles and buy my next Prius here after we hit the mileage goal. More
Eyeopening A bit disappointed that when I recently purchased the Toyota Care Plus plan, I was not told that I already had the Toyota Care Plus plan. I was not told this until I was picking up my truck after my tires were rotated. The service person told me that I had 11 more tire rotations. Huh??? Apparently, the plan was included in the extended warranty I had purchased with my new 2017 truck. I was informed that the recent purchase would be refunded. However, I don't believe I should have had to wait for a refund for a product I had already purchased from this dealership. More
