So the only thing they pointed out to me happened to actually be excluded and they splinter it out as a selling point because Michigan as a lot of pot holes I should be super mad but luckily I make insane money, if you can't afford to waste money or be swindled out of a few thousand go to a different dealership Also the owner of this business is CONSTANTLY disputing reviews so it probably has a 1 star average in reality and many people don't know their review was removed and never put it back up. I caught it though. More

You think to yourself, with few cars to sell, What Do Salespeople do all day? Practice lying. So, You Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesperson,” And then… It doesn't happen! Instead, you get friendly person named JC who doesn't try to “push” extras on you, who really looks out for you. I went to countless dealerships who wanted me to pay beyond sticker. This didn’t happen with JC. I put my faith and trust in JC and followed his recommendations (helped me navigate buying a car during this insane chip shortage time) and was able to purchase a brand new Camry Hybrid. Trust me, Ask for JC, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and he know his stuff.I have owned 62 cars and dealt with many car salesperson and dealerships, so when I tell you that JC is the easiest and most positive Salesperson I have ever worked with, you can take that to the bank. I was in and out in 1 hour. JC was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered, not to mention he is a spiffy dresser. Steve Salman was gracious and went the extra mile to sit in the vehicle with us to explain the various features, and he also helped us to connect our phones and to download helpful apps--both before and after the sale was complete. Kelvin Toma, the finance guy, was patient and thorough in explaining the different options, not only in regard to warranty and "aftermarket" choices but also in terms of financing the purchase. Altogether, this was a comfortable and beneficial interaction--we are thrilled with our new car, and especially grateful that Steve Salman and the Suburban team put in the effort to find a vehicle for us quickly during a time when car-buying is not seen as being particularly easy.
