It was a delightful experience from the minute I sat down to leaving with my new 2018 CRV hybrid. I always do a lot of research before I purchase my vehicles therefore I go in with prior knowledge of my trade-in value and the new vehicle pricing and Marty came through with a fair trade-in value as well as matching a price for a car I was interested from another dealership. He even exceeded my expectations by going over other color options which helped me discover an awesome new color called Galactic Aqua Mica. Surburban did not have one on the lot so Marty did his magic and found one for me in Grand Rapids and had it delivered within 2 days. The CRV exceeded my expectations in every way and I love it! I also have to give a shout out to Maryann the service manager who did her magic in getting a minor taillight defect cured in lightening speed as well as Logan the finance mngr who made even the grueling finance portion a delight-they were both awesome as well. My friend tells me about Suburban Toyota of Troy and I was skeptical at first, being used to deals off of websites. My friend took me up there and from there on everything changed for the better. Greeted with smiling faces and knowledgeable help that showed me this was the right choice. Gave me two of their best options all around for my needs/price and I was sold on the first.
