I liked that he looked and concentrated on me even though my husband came with me to help, he focused on my questions. He gave me all the time I needed explaining and showing all the new features, very patient and kind when going over some things two and three times. I've never had such an exceptional person selling me an automobile he's even called a few times to make sure I was doing okay driving it and using the many new features..
