I just wanted to have another go for the APR and do it with some other bank but they provided me with a good rate. It is not ideal but a good rate. The manager told me that you can always refinance your auto loan. So I would try to do it in 6 Months as I have a good credit score and with Auto history putting Cherry on the cake I will be getting my desired rate. The finance manager was very friendly also and I felt confident in doing deal with Ray and Stu. I just bought the vehicle and I hope I have made a good deal. More

Our Salesman Ray Sadler, and the finance manager Stewart were among the best there! Extremely friendly and personable. On the other side, however, one manager (couldn't ID from photos below) was severely criticizing Leng Huang and while he wasn't yelling, he gave her a dressing down that she should never, NEVER have to take, just for parking a car in the wrong place. I felt so bad for her!!! To take this sort of an xxx Chewing, in public, in front of customers must've been humiliating! His actions were extremely unprofessional, I don't care where she parked a car!!! More

There were no last minute changes and better: Ray went out of his way to set the expectation throughout the buying experience and then he beat them! This is my first Toyota after BMWs, Infiniti, and Jeeps. I've never had such a positive experience. I also love the vehicle! Wow. Mike -- the business manager -- made the paperwork part of the process effortless as well. That's a first! Great dealership. More

Salesperson Lied to us My husband and I went to Suburban Toyota on Saturday 2-18-17 to test drive the new Prius Plug in Prime which this dealership had in Red. When we arriv My husband and I went to Suburban Toyota on Saturday 2-18-17 to test drive the new Prius Plug in Prime which this dealership had in Red. When we arrived at the dealership we were handed over to Lazer Volaj, as our original salesperson was busy. Once we completed the test drive we came back inside to discuss the car and we let Lazer know that we wanted the Plug in Prime in Blue. He asked if we would take Red which was in stock and we said no that we were set on the Blue color. He looked to see if there were some blue Plug in Prius' and the closest one he found was in New York but he said that dealers wouldn't trade since most had only one in stock. We asked if we could order one and how long it would take if we did. Lazer said we could and that it would take 6-8 weeks. We asked him if we could get an out the door price and print out so we could shop around some more. He left us to get the print out and when he came back he stated that he spoke to his Manager and was just informed that the Plug in Prime was not available in all 50 states and that they could not order them. That the only way to get one would be to buy the Red one they had in stock or go to California or Arizona. My husband asked him if that was true because Toyota had stated that the 2017 Plug in Prius would be released in all 50 states. He said that it was a shock to him and that the only reason the dealership had the Red one was because a sister dealership in New York traded with them. He asked us if we wanted the Red one and we said no, that if they could not order us the Blue Plug in Prius we would just buy a different car. We then left the dealership and started calling other Toyota dealerships in the area. We called the nearest 4 dealerships and they all said they could order Plug in Primes and that they currently have some on order. I called Suburban Toyota to speak with the General Manager and had to leave a message explaining that we were lied to by our salesperson, that Plug in Prius weren't released in all 50 states. I also stated that we would not coming back to their dealership and will be buying our Plug in Prime elsewhere. I have yet to hear back from him. More
