No respect for a customer. Well, I never wrote a review in my life. This is my first and probably last. I understand that I need to submit some documents to get a lease. But, the way I was asked for the documents was really bad. The words like "If I don't get this document, I lose my job" isn't the way you ask for a document ! One should let the customer know that it is a mandatory document. Yes, selling the car fast is your job. But, there is no need to RUSH the customer for documents. Well for Toyota, I believe a "customer" is more important than your "job" - PERIOD. More

It is quite a change from driving a mini-van for the last 22 years! I have not been in a car showroom for a couple decades and wasn't sure what to expect. George put me at ease and made the car buying experience a very positive one! He walked us through how to use the navigation system and other neat features of the car that were all new to us! I even stopped by the dealership a week and a half after purchasing the car to ask George some questions and he took the time to once again answer all of my questions.
