He introduced me to the service department and showed me around so that when I come in for service I will be comfortable with it. complete rip off Today I was on Suburban toyota of troy. I went there for oil change and fire rotation. They said my car not due for oil change but I need to do fire r Today I was on Suburban toyota of troy. I went there for oil change and fire rotation. They said my car not due for oil change but I need to do fire rotation. After few moment service rep came to me and said my car rear brakes are not good need to change and gave an estimate for over $350. I said not rite now. Than, after another 10min later, service rap boss came to me and ask me to do it. I said no I can not afford at this point. They tried to scare me and said it could make problem on your car. After I get out from dealer I went to bell tire. Bell tire inspect my car and said my car brakes are very good. I don't need to change. I have no idea about other dealer or other people experience but I am never going to trust suburban Toyota of Troy anymore. I was lucky today that I did not step on their trap. Now think about how many people they are doing the same thing and making people pay for nothing and while they are taking the car to fix the problem who knows they are not making another problem for your car. If they make another problem then you you will go there again and they will rip you off again. Friends do not go there anymore for any issue on your car. More
