Good experience buying 2013 Toyota Prius I found the car that I wanted online and then went and test drove it at this dealership on the next day. Kurt was very friendly and explained everything clearly to me. The business manager was also easy to work with and made everything as fast as possible. My only few complaints is that after looking at the car more closely since bringing it home there are a few dings that were covered up that were not pointed out to me when I bought it. Also, an insurance adjustor that I know told me that the front bumper looks like it could have been in a very small collision, but the car fax sheet said that there is no record of any collision or repair work. This could be the fault of Carfax and not the dealership though. My other complaint is that there was no bargaining whatsoever, and I am not sure if I left money on the table by buying for the price that was listed. That is my fault though. More
