I went to the Suburban Toyota in Troy to buy a used Toyota. This was for my sister, but instead we bought it for my mom. The experience was great. Since my family and I weren't making any progress on the choice of the car, we went to different dealerships to see other cars. In the end, we decided to go to Suburban Toyota not only because of the car but Ray called us many times, and we were able to purchase the Toyota Camry. The price of the car was right, and we enjoyed the time that we spent at Suburban Toyota. Ray Sadler made it easy for us to get everything done. After entering the Dealership, I was shortly referred to Ray Sadler. He then took me outside to recommend a couple cars of the model I specified. He also said to browse around. While going thru the purchasing process, Ray efficiently answered any question I presented. The dealership was very busy at that time and day, but any wait was not considered excessive. During the process, Ray introduced me to the General Manager. While waiting thru the finance process, I chatted with the cashier about the upcoming new facility.
