Fastest sale and satisfied customer Drove from Chicago with my family to purchase a CPO used Volvo. Forgot about the time change and how much longer everything takes with little kids, so Drove from Chicago with my family to purchase a CPO used Volvo. Forgot about the time change and how much longer everything takes with little kids, so ended up arriving 15 minutes before close. Kyle and the finance guy were very accommodating. We were able to take care of much of the paper work while on the road. Had a quick test drive and they stayed late on a Saturday to take care of us. Also, I love my new Volvo. More

Kelly Ashton found the XC70 we wanted: the last of a breed!! I was at wit's end and was ready to abandon my hunt for my wife's fourth silver XC70... I had spent hours (literally) looking up zip codes and scourin I was at wit's end and was ready to abandon my hunt for my wife's fourth silver XC70... I had spent hours (literally) looking up zip codes and scouring the inventory pages of volvocars.com when Kelly Ashton from Suburban called to tell me that she had tracked one down! Persistent and professional, she called another Volvo dealer that had 'sold' their last Cross Country a week earlier and learned that the deal had in fact fell through. We got the call. We got the car. It was a stellar transaction with Nick Penrose in their finance department (he applied the proper amount of pressure in trying to get us into an extended service contract) and it was an outstanding and very accommodating Saturday delivery. Good (painless) trade in on our 2009 XC70. Great to see my wife in her latest: the last in a long line of much-loved XC70 wagons. Big thanks to Kelly and the Suburban store! More
