Towed wife's car in. It threw the aux belt and therefore was overheating. Estimate was $400 over the high end of national average dealership repair costs. Estimate included things that WERE NOT BROKEN like replacing the thermostat and upper rad hose. Service writer made me think nice things about used car salesmen. I felt dirty after speaking to him. Requested an itemized estimate for the repair that actually needed to be done and never received such. They seem to be living in the dark ages where the internet doesn't exist and you cannot just look up what things should cost at a reasonable repair facility. Paid them their $240 diagnosis fee and did not let them work on the car. Would work on my car on the side of Woodward in the rain before ever taking it in to this stealership service department. More
