Sullivan Brothers Nissan treats me very fairly, values my patronage, and has serviced my vehicle very competently. I recommend using them. Ex: I do my own cabin air filters, and they are willing to sell me filter part (at retail) without complaint while they earn my business on the items I prefer the dealer do (coolant change, oil, tire rotations, engine services). I can't emphasize enough how positive this makes me feel about them. They understand not everyone wants the dealer to perform every service. It is worth noting that I have never required a major service on my vehicle (think $1000+), so I cannot comment on that. I came to Sullivan Brothers after I caught Clay Nissan of Norwood not performing services that I paid for, twice. The customer facing staff were fine at Clay, but at Sullivan Brothers Nissan all evidence points to both the customer facing AND vehicle facing employees doing a great job. This excellence keeps me coming back to Sullivan Brothers Nissan. The service-oriented culture is visible in other places at the dealership. There's always snacks and coffee in the waiting room for those waiting for service (not just new sales). That says something about how they treat every customers. The dealership provides free shuttle service to the surrounding areas. This is a big win for me, for I work in a nearby industrial park. I save on transportation, and my car is serviced while I'm at the office. My only nitpick with Sullivan Brothers Nissan is service pricing. Sometimes it is a little more Lincoln priced than Nissan priced (they sell both brands). This doesn't bother me so much on small routine services (ex: oil change with synthetic), for I'm willing to tolerate a little increased cost for the aforementioned shuttle service and convenience to my work. On more substantial services (ex: 30,000 and 60,000 service packages), pricing is a fair bit higher that competing dealers. When I showed them a competing dealer offering a substantially lower price on the exact same service, they were able to at least help me on some of the difference. Again, a commitment to customer service. I was willing to give them the business at that time, and I'll absolutely keep coming back for my routine maintenance so long as I work in Plymouth. More

I have bought three cars from Sullivan Bros. We have had excellent service and patient salesmen. Greg and Chris are always open and sincere with any concerns we have regarding purchases or repairs. i called for an appointment ,and they offered to take me right in then . very pleased with the write up process i was offered hot coffee and free internet service while i waited , the service advisor went o right in then . very pleased with the write up process i was offered hot coffee and free internet service while i waited , the service advisor went over my bill with me and set me up with a rewards card . that i will use when i return on my next visit .overall i would rate this dealerships service dept. one of the best iv been to in a long time i will tell my family about it hopefully they will give it a try More

Brought my MXK in for oil change, tire rotation etc. Scheduled appointment for 8 a.m. Service advisor wrote up the ticket within 5 minutes of my arrival. While performing the maintenance the service advisor indicated that during their routine check they found a leak in the rear right axle. He indicated that it would take 1 1/2 hours to fix and that it was covered under warranty. I gave them the ok. The oil change, etc and replacement of both rear axle seals was all completed in 2 hours. The dealership offers in their waiting room, wireless internet service, pastry, coffee and USA Today newspapers. I would recomend Sullivan Brothers to a person buying a car and needing maintenance on their car. More
