I base my current apprehension based on several years of history with Sullivan's. It was all good. So this experience, an aberration? I will come back and still say good things, everyone has a bad day. Hopefully it's not a trend of staff issues. I do also have a mechanics resume relative my opinion. Thanks More

Visit was great. Everything was done very well. We set up this visit to have our breaks checked because they were screeching in the mornings when we drive out of the garage. In FL, when we had our 5,000 mi,e checkup and asked about them , the dealership never explained that it was caused by condensation overnight. When we came to Sullivan, where we got the car, The cause was explained to us! Even though we did not request a 10,000 mile checkup, it was done. We were very pleased because we don't need to return for that. Thank you! More

Quick, easy I only needed an oil change but asked if one of the automatic alerts be modified. The Toyota technician assured me they could. Sure enough, as I drove I only needed an oil change but asked if one of the automatic alerts be modified. The Toyota technician assured me they could. Sure enough, as I drove off in my Prius, it beeped only once when put in reverse! The staff were complete professionals. The facility is brand new, impressive and extremely comfortable. More
A series of unfortunate events My Tacoma received a new frame. The alignment was not done properly and the tires edges wore. Found the issue during a rain storm when the truck plowe My Tacoma received a new frame. The alignment was not done properly and the tires edges wore. Found the issue during a rain storm when the truck plowed off the road in a puddle. Dealer said it was my problem. Maybe. THEN, i went to change my oil after Sullivan had done the previous change. Out comes 8 quarts of oil. Not 5, but 8. Makes a mess when you have a 7 quart pan. I then started to take a careful look over the truck. The coolant had not been properly filled after the frame change, a bump stop had been broken during the frame change. I called multiple times to my service advisor, no reply. I actually spoke to Michelle and she was referring the matter to the service manager and my service adviser. No return call. Based on the response to my alignment (lack of) complaint I am sure that the over filled oil, low coolant and bump stop were all my fault. Right, I should have taken the trucl to another shop to have the work checked or even better just go to another shop to be sure to get it done right the first time. More
