Tune up before road trip I was pleased to have my car gone over thoroughly before a trip. My only problem was that the oil maintenance light popped on during the trip. I assum I was pleased to have my car gone over thoroughly before a trip. My only problem was that the oil maintenance light popped on during the trip. I assumed correctly that it had not been reset...but I drove home with this message on the display for the whole trip. I have come in to have this reset in the past because Toyota insists on displaying the message after 5000 miles but refuses to change the oil until after 10000. This foolish policy brings me in FOR NOTHING every 5000 miles or drive around with the caution on my dash display for 5000 additional miles which for me is at least 5 months. More

Wasted time Went in on a Tuesday for a tire issue- stated EXACTLY what was wrong and showed them the nails (multiple) in my tires- sat around for an hour and a ha Went in on a Tuesday for a tire issue- stated EXACTLY what was wrong and showed them the nails (multiple) in my tires- sat around for an hour and a half and then after all that had to come back with the same issue a day later that they failed to fix the first time so wasted another 2.5 hours for something that could have been done right the first time.
