It's all about the service dept. Dylan Braden has been my service advisor for yrs at Sullivan Cadillac and now service mgr at GMC. He recommended Princess and she did a fine job. I was not provided a second key/fob and told that one was not available. However, with Dylan's help, he and sales mgr were able to schedule/secure/ and include a second key/ fob at no additional charge as part of my recent vehicle purchase! Thank you gentlemen. I look forward to returning to GMC service with my 2022 Sierra 1500 Elevation as and when needed. More
