Gave us a 17k estimate to fix our trucks transmission. Should be absolutely illegal to charge this much money for something. We’re taking it elsewhere to be done for 4k. I came in today to pick it up and apparently you need the specific service tech you worked with to tell them your coming or your key is locked up and they can’t get it?? I’ve never been anywhere that does this. What an absolute scam of a company. Was charged a ridiculous amount for a diagnostic fee of $490 as well until i argued with the guy and he gave a discount. More
