If I could give this Sorry xxx dealership a negative 1000 I would!! Let's start with me telling Roy the internet manager that was my salesperson that I was already approved from my credit union not to have t I would!! Well Shawn decided to run it 7 times!! Well that was just the tip of the iceberg!! I sat there for 2 1/2 hours not even water was offered!! Then I leave to get something to drink and eat, come back for them to tell me they will let me know if I can get the car. Meanwhile I am already freakin approved!! I leave drive 2 hours and call to ask about the loan, genius Roy and Shawn still haven't submitted my loan to MY CREDIT UNION!! I Say, " Why haven't you submitted the loan to MY CREDIT UNION?!?!" OH well I'll do it Now!! Meanwhile 6 hours has passed! I get a Call from Roy. He says, Kimberly where u at? I said, " In my skin." With my BLOOD and SKIN BOILING!! Well you've been approved. No xxxx Sherlock! Roy starts laughing like I'm playing! He continues, how long will it take you to get here. I'm 2 hours away. Well I'll see ya when you get here!! Never offers to deliver it. Wellll I don't get offered a bottle of water, I can't expect him to offer that!! Then I drive back just to get there with no paperwork together, no car wash and ready, and I have to pay 384.00 for a new tag instead of paying 75 for toll fees I was unaware I had. Mind you, I'm the ONLYYYY customer in the entire dealership!! I had 2 hours to pay that while in on the road!! I Then call the GM. Monday morning and express my horrible experience. Rich says he'll looking into it. 3 hours pass I call him back. Well I have great new he explains, I'm listening. I got you a lower interest rate. I already have a low interest rate. The bank was going to have them fix the paperwork anyway. He continues and gap is included. I didn't want gap with you all because it's more. Well he lowered it to the price MY credit unions rate is.TALK ABOUT HORRIBLE SERVICE!! ****** DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THERE!!******* More
I have enjoyed having my vehicle fix at Sullivan Cadillac for a few years now, until recently that I needed them to honor a two year unlimited mile brake warranty. According to their own technician it appear for a few years now, until recently that I needed them to honor a two year unlimited mile brake warranty. According to their own technician it appears that the pads could be the problem. With less than 12000 miles they should not make noise. The dealer tried performing a repair by cutting the rotors but left the old pads in which should have been replaced. I basically drove off with my vehicle still not fixed. When I asked again that I wanted it fix I was told I would need to pay for a new break job totally ignoring the warranty. Both the service manager and the service advisor have refused to honor the Cadillac 2 year Warranty that I received in writing from the dealer. More

His above reproach attitude, honesty in guiding us through each and every vehicle we had asked about. Mike was patient and truly didn’t push any style sales pitches. Jason Ellis the finance specialist was knowledgeable and gave us the best interest rate available, Jason Ellis and Mike Nall were both above the call of duty when working with us. Mike Nall also explained to my wife and I the many options and gadgets on the state of the art Cadillac XT4 350 T I can truthfully say that Sullivan Cadillac goes above and beyond what Customer Service Etiquette should be. What I liked the most was that this dealership didn’t raise the price of the vehicle after we left and decided to purchase the vehicle we had test driven like one dealership did. Great Job Sullivan Cadillac, Keep up the Outstanding Job you do. I can truly say Family Oriented Business that displays what respect and giving their word on taking care of us from the moment we entered the Sullivan Cadillac Dealership! We will be back one day for another vehicle! Much appreciated! More
I purchased a new 2019 Cadilac XTS and when there was a problem with a extended start the service manager and sales manager said they did know what was causing the problem and. I should continue to drive t problem with a extended start the service manager and sales manager said they did know what was causing the problem and. I should continue to drive the car till it did not start. I than called General Motors in Detroit and all of a sudden I was asked to bring the car back and after 3 service calls it was fixed. If it wasn’t for Detroit the problem would have been fixed. I was not impressed with Sullivan and will never buy a car from Sullivan. There service is the worst and they do not care about the consumer. More
Horrible sales experience- On 10.30.20, we set up to visit the dealership about a used vehicle with Katrina S. as she called at 11:35am to confirm. I told her we were coming after an appointment in Gainesville... we were driving from just south of Jacksonville! At 2:14pm, I texted Katrina that we were near and going to grab a quick sandwich at sub shop and her response was "perfect" and then "I will make sure the vehicle is ready for you." I texted back thanks and a tip to help her sales pitch to appeal to my wife's dislike to car shopping. She responded with "it's ok, i understand." we arrived 10-15 minutes later and asked for Katrina... a man greeted us and said the Toyota 4Runner was SOLD that morning!!!! What??? I just texted her and she said it was ready at 2:14pm, but we were told it was SOLD! We drove 99.4 miles (mapquest), LIED to by Katrina S and wasted our time! This dealership is a disgrace and this unprofessionalism speaks volumes of how they treat potential customers! Total BS as we received no apologies, no explanation or that Katrina made a HUGE mistake! More

I looked at the tire and it had a nail in it I called the dealership spoke with Jaime Daigle she said bring the car down they would either patch it or replace the tire she made sure they had one in stock. While it was their they rotated the tires and changed the oil. This service department is very professional and polite. I would purchase my next vehicle from this dealership. Sullivan Threatens seniors into buying immediately I am a current Cadillac owner whose lease is almost up. I went to my dealer and asked how much for a new car lease. I contacted Roy on the internet and proceeded to the dealership. We negotiated a price fair to both of us. This was a stress free experience and everyone on the show room floor were just nice people. Rarely have I experienced a buying environment like this one. No wonder many of these folks have been with Sullivan for many years. Thanks guys(and gal) More
