Another great service appointment at Sullivan Cadillac. Edwin greeted us and very efficiently process our service order double checking what exactly we were having done. Took delivery of new XT4. No driver assist features worked. Have been back for 2 appointments in 1.5 months. Driver assist worked for a few miles and quit. Now scheduled for a 3rd appointment and a 1.4 hour drive each way. This experience suggests no confirming all features work before delivery and questionable competence of the service center.
