This was one of the best auto purchasing experience we have had. From the GM Richard, to the sales team Joey and Reece. The team was courteous informed and helpful. The only issue we had was the licensi have had. From the GM Richard, to the sales team Joey and Reece. The team was courteous informed and helpful. The only issue we had was the licensing clerk, who I believe was not as well versed as she should been. She was rude and condescending to the sales team while in ear shot of the customers. Another great service appointment at Sullivan Cadillac. Edwin greeted us and very efficiently process our service order double checking what exactly we were having done. I bought a car here they treat you nice but have hidden fees i asked what the sticker on the car was i wanted the msrp but was given a price with a 5k markup for ceramic coating and floormats , worst deale fees i asked what the sticker on the car was i wanted the msrp but was given a price with a 5k markup for ceramic coating and floormats , worst dealer i have ever used tried to reverse the deal the next day and they said no way. i will never use them again -100 stars.
