Although my service visit started out well with Jaime , I soon saw some minor issues.The whole appt time took about 45 mins. I saw the technician pull my car around to the pick up area when it was done 15 soon saw some minor issues.The whole appt time took about 45 mins. I saw the technician pull my car around to the pick up area when it was done 15 minutes before anyone even bothered to tell me it was done. And that was done in passing on the to something else. Then when I got home , I found that they lowered my tire pressure too low in my back tires. I have 19s with 35 psi on the front, and 20s with 40 psi on the back. The back tires were at 35, and now I’m going to have to go back out and have them redone. This visit was a second chance to fix what they screwed up last time. Even though their price was good for an oil change, not sure I’m going back. More

After having multiple error messages shown, OnStar directed me to bring my car in for service.Upon arriving at Sullivan Cadillac the Service director Mr. Dennis Woods was instrumental in helping me wi directed me to bring my car in for service.Upon arriving at Sullivan Cadillac the Service director Mr. Dennis Woods was instrumental in helping me with resolving the issues at hand.
