I took my XT5 to the service department because the AC stopped working all of a sudden. Jaimie was helping two other customers before me and without even having a chance to describe the reason for my visi stopped working all of a sudden. I made an appointment for the following day, and everything was taken care of efficiently and in a timely manner.
