When i say i had amazing customer service, i did! ! Ashley in the service department was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we stayed up to date on the progress of my car from the beginni ! Ashley in the service department was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we stayed up to date on the progress of my car from the beginning to the end. The day i picked up my car she had it running and warmed up and ready to go. She made the drop off and pick up go so smooth. By far one of the best experiences, we have had in a very long time. If you need anything in the service department Ashely is your girl. We recently ordered a new Ram 4500 truck. We were kept in the loop from day one. I needed seat covers and a grill guard for the truck. This dealership sold a extended warranty that they didn’t honor. The truck was in the shop for more than a dozen times for the same issue, still under the manufacture warranty. The moment it was under the ex honor. The truck was in the shop for more than a dozen times for the same issue, still under the manufacture warranty. The moment it was under the extended warranty it was in the shop for the same issue. This time they said it was the transmission, and they immediately canceled the extended warranty. Leaving me with the price of replacing the transmission on my own. The integrity of this shop is very low. The owner of the truck is a first responder and if this is how they treat people let alone first responders then I will never come back. More
