Went to buy a used car. It turned out the listed price was a “bait price” and completely false. I was really glad I didn't feel bullied into making such a big decision like at many other dealerships immediately, he never rushed me and he was incredibly responsive to any questions I had. My only feedback would be fix the diagonal parking by the front because it's really tight and please make the building room temperature or even slightly cool, it felt warm/muggy in there. More

I called to get an oil change at 9:00. They called back at 9:15, scheduled me for 9:45..I drove away at 10:55. Gregory Abbot was the service advisor. Very nice.
