I had an excellent experience at Summit Subaru. I went in for routine maintenance, and during the visit they discovered oil and transmission issues that needed attention. Not only were these problems fully repaired, but they were also completely covered under my extended warranty—something I would not have known if Nathan, my service advisor, hadn’t gone out of his way to research the coverage and advocate on my behalf. We've been taking our Outback to Summit Subaru for about three years now. We switched from another dealership in San Diego that was sub-par in their customer care. The staff at Summit, including most recent three years now. We switched from another dealership in San Diego that was sub-par in their customer care. Went to buy a used car. It turned out the listed price was a “bait price” and completely false. They also added $575 of fake “government fees” which they refused to itemize. (Should have been half that.) More
